1. Acceptance of Terms

This Service is owned and operated by Just Right Analytics. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and/or contributors of content.

2. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • All Sales are Final: Payments are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
  • No Reversibility: Once a billing cycle has started or a plan has been purchased, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard, but you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Note on Payments: As per industry standards (Bitly/TinyURL), we do not offer refunds once resources have been allocated to your account. img_legal_billing.png

3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Just Right Analytics provides the service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

No Liability for Content: We are not responsible for the content of the URLs shortened through our service. We act solely as a technical bridge.

Accidents Happen: We are not liable for any loss of data, profit, or business interruptions caused by server failures, software bugs, or accidental deletions. Nothing is forever on the internet.

4. Prohibited Content & Abuse

We monitor our platform for abuse. We reserve the right to delete any link and ban any account without notice if we detect:

  • SPAM: Unsolicited links or mass-marketing abuse.
  • Phishing: Links designed to steal user credentials or data.
  • Malicious Content: Distribution of malware, viruses, or illegal material.
  • Offensive Slugs: We are not responsible for automatically generated short codes that may accidentally contain unintended words, but we reserve the right to remove links with customized offensive aliases.

5. Modification of Service

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
