You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of that cycle.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support is considered a violation of our Terms. Accounts associated with fraudulent disputes will be permanently banned, and all associated short URLs will be deleted immediately.
